Established in 1960, Oxford Language and Computer Institute has been deeply rooted in the field of English education. In addition, with “professionalism, integrity, and international perspective” as its core values, it has promoted comprehensive education and study abroad programs.
Recently, branches have been established in Pingtung, Taichung, and Banqiao. They form a nationwide service network that provides students with a one-stop integrated service from language training to study abroad planning. Also, with rich experience in education, Oxford has established a leading position in Taiwan’s foreign language and study abroad market. It is becoming the preferred brand for franchised education businesses.

Debbie Wang 王怡瑾
About Debbie
Debbie is the Vice President of the Oxford Language & Computer Institute. She is a leader in the academic field, with partnerships with High Schools and Universities in Canada. As a Past President (PP) of Rotary International branch, she is an integral part of the Rotary’s Youth Exchange program.
In addition, Debbie founded of the Global Leadership and Language Association. Furthermore, in 2025, Debbie was elected as the President of one the largest associations in Kaohsiung City, the “Kaohsiung Supplementary Education and Quality Assurance Association.”
Education
Masters Degree: National Kaohsiung Normal University
Bachelors Degree: University of Houston
